I've completed the first version of the Hovertank mod manager and mod override system. A screenshot is available on the Projects page, and I've uploaded a YouTube video demonstrating both features with a small test mod.

Additionally, havINI version 0.6 has been released with the following fix:

• Fixed quoted-value parsing for bracket characters: [ and ] are now treated as normal value content when inside a quoted string (e.g., Key = "[") instead of being misinterpreted as section delimiters.
